Information Collection And Use:

Wistia: We use Wistia (https://wistia.com) to power our videos. Wistia tracks how you interact with the videos on this Site: how much of a video you watch and at what points in a video you pause or rewind, etc. In some videos, we pause the video and request that you provide your email address or name. You are under no obligation to provide this information, but we reserve the right to limit certain videos to identified users. Wistia aggregates the data collected through the videos here, including names and email addresses, and provides it to us. Wistia does not sell or provide the data it collects to third parties.

Stripe (Payment Processing): We use Stripe to process payments for paid memberships that allow you to access additional content.

If you sign up for a paid membership, the following data will be sent to Stripe, and saved by them:

  • Your name and email address;
  • Details of your payment method (credit card number, expiry date, CVC); and
  • Your IP address, and the time and date of your transaction.

Communications: If you communicate with us regarding our Site or our services, we will collect any information you provide to us in any such communication. Additionally, we may use Personal Information you provide or any other information you provide or that we collect from you to contact you with newsletters, marketing communications, and other information that may be of interest to you.

MailChimp: We use MailChimp to communicate with you through email. How Long We Keep Information:

Membership Information: We retain your membership information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate your subscription.  We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our services.

Email Information: If you have elected to receive emails from us, we retain information about your email preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest, such as when you last opened an email from us.
