THE NÜRBURGRING FACTOR
Everybody knows the Nordschleife, the longest and most challenging racetrack in the world, part of the famous Nurburgring in the hills of the Eiffel in Germany. this is where the Marathon takes place.

FERRARIS AT LAGUNA SECA
Laguna Seca, Pebble Beach, Monterey. These words are describing the Holy Grail among car aficionados. The reason one rarely sees vintage Ferraris driven at classic race events is because they are just too valuable. However, there is one track in the world where tons of these multimillion-dollar babies are raced hard: Laguna Seca, California, USA.

LEGENDS OF LIME ROCK
“Tradition, beauty, speed” – racing aficionados get all this and more when they experience Lime Rock Park. Over one long weekend at the end of summer, this special road racing circuit in the northwest corner of Connecticut is transformed into the most picturesque center for historic racing, gathering some of the most beautiful racecars in existence.

THE SIX HOURS OF SPA
The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium is the absolute number one destination for historic racing on the planet, and the 6 Hours of Spa one of the most of the most brutal tests of endurance. In a race that stretches into dark, you’ll see driver changes, team tactics, refueling, night driving, and more.

LE MANS
The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the world’s oldest and most famous sports car race in endurance racing. Immortalized in film by none other than Steve McQueen, Le Mans is a relentless challenge and one of the most brutal endurance tests in the world for cars and crews alike.

THE NORDSCHLEIFE
An English journalist once wrote of the legendary Nordschleife at the Nürburgring complex in Germany “that it seemed as if a reeling, drunken giant had been sent out to determine the route.” Drivers refer to the terrifying and merciless course through the Eifel forest as the Grüne Hölle – or “Green Hell.”

MAGNY COURS
Magny Cours is France’s Grand Prix circuit. Built for Formula 1 cars, the track makes a sensational playground for historic racecars. The Masters Series Festival at Magny is a showdown in sideways drifts – and the three-hour endurance race is one of many highlights.

LA CARRERA PANAMERICANA
A special section of the course features 550 km of closed public roads for full-speed racing. There is a reason the roll-cages used here are thicker than you’ll see in any other race – that 500-foot drop off a cliff has something to do with it. GT Racer brings you there.

LA CARRERA PANAMERICANA
La Carrera Panamericana is hands-down the wildest and most grueling race among historic racing. This event was just so rich, so long and action-packed that it could not fit into a regular one-hour episode of GT Racer, which is why it’s presented in two parts.
