Collier Car Clubs, a premium, purpose-built membership garage for car lovers and collectors, has announced it will open its inaugural club in Delray Beach, Florida.

Collier Car Clubs is more than a high-quality storage facility, it is designed to be an active community for car lovers with expert staff and equipment on hand to support members’ car projects. This new concept in membership garages is the latest enterprise for Parker and Miles Collier, founders of the Revs Institute* in Naples, Fl.

Collier Car Clubs is scheduled to open spring 2020.

The state-of-the-art facility will be located at 777 South Congress Avenue. Interior demolition is scheduled to begin this month on the existing building, formerly an ABC Carpet & Home, followed by renovation and expansion. When complete, Collier Car Clubs will surpass 50,000 square feet of dedicated space with:

  • STORE: A climate-controlled space for over 240 cars to be kept secure, maintained and ready to enjoy.
  • WRENCH: A co-working space with lifts, community tools, and on-site, expert staff to guide and support progress.
  • PLAN: An area to strategize, document car history, project plan, and source trusted experts, connections and resources using the library.
  • MEET: A place to connect with other members, showcase cars, attend exclusive events, arrange meetings and gatherings.

“Collier Car Clubs will be more than just a storage space, it will be an active community where meaningful-car enthusiasts can store, wrench, meet, and plan in a collaborative environment,” said Miles Collier. “Our mission is to build a future for the automobile by fostering a community dedicated to preserving its past.”

Throughout the year, Collier Car Clubs will host members-only events, including engagements with auto leaders and exclusive receptions in partnership with the Revs Institute, plus opportunities to experience some of the world’s rarest cars.

“We are so excited to unveil Collier Car Clubs,” said Chief Operating Officer Frank Givens. “South Florida is a region rich with car enthusiasts, meetups and happenings, making it the ideal location for this inaugural, flagship club.”

Miles and his wife, Parker, believe that the history of America is closely linked to the history of the automobile. “The automobile is the single most important technical artifact of the 20th century. It really did shape the world in which we find ourselves today, ” explains Miles. In 2018, one of the most spectacular vehicles in the Miles Collier Collections, a 1935 Duesenberg SSJ dubbed “the ultimate Duesenberg,” was sold at auction as a call to action, demonstrating the Colliers’ commitment to the task of preserving the future for meaningful cars.

Parker Collier recently founded Meaningful Ventures™, a for-profit enterprise which has spearheaded the creation of several growing enterprises, including Collier Car Clubs and Collier AutoMedia, a digital platform celebrating meaningful cars — past, present and future — and the people and events that define them.

The Collier family has automobiles in their DNA. Miles Collier’s father, C. Miles Collier, and his uncle, Sam Collier, are credited with introducing sports car racing to the U.S. in the 1930s and founding the Automobile Racing Club of America. As a young man, Miles Collier raced an E-Production Porsche Speedster. In 1984, he was the recipient of the first-ever Sportscar Vintage Racing Association Driver of the Year award. By the late 1980s, he began to form what is now known as the Miles Collier Collections, eventually opening the Revs Institute, recently named “America’s Best Car Museum” by Road & Track magazine.

Collier Car Clubs is currently offering a limited number of Founder Memberships, which will provide exclusive benefits and access opportunities leading up to and following the club’s grand opening. For more information, visit Collier Car Clubs.
