1939 Delahaye 135 MS

Boca Raton Concours 2019

Mar 1, 2019 | On Show

Even in their more restrained designs, coachbuilder Figoni et Falaschi managed to pen and sculpt curves that continue to beguile 80 years later. This Delahaye 135 MS “Speciale” is the only remaining example from a series of five, and it featured a fully disappearing top that could also be used as a landaulet. It’s first owner was Lucienne Dhotelle, one of France’s most well-known stage performers. In 2016, it won The French Cup at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance as the most significant French car on display.
